Think about how much you rate yourself and how long ago this has been happening.

2. We overeat constantly. What matters here is what we eat, even if we're not hungry - it's just a way to please ourselves. This means that we do not want to know our true needs and work to satisfy them. Easier to eat a sandwich or cake. And this is disrespect for your body and health. Of course, goodies cannot be completely canceled, but look how often you eat them.

3. We sit down on the last row. This is a direct sign that we are not sure if we are worthy to sit in the front row. This means that in other things we think that we do not deserve more and are afraid to show our worthless personality.

4. We indulge our weaknesses - we mean alcohol and other powerful drugs. Without them, we do not consider ourselves strong, brave, happy, calm, or free. A strong person loves himself, which means he consciously chooses activities, entertainment and relaxation for himself. You need to reveal, find, define your true needs and put them above all conventions, stereotypes, and so on. Sometimes it takes courage, honesty, and self-discipline to love yourself, but it's worth it.
