Man is a unique creature capable of abstract thinking. Often, the entire thought process boils down to pondering the current situation in life, but in reality everything is somewhat more complicated - a person constantly experiences in his thoughts either past events or future ones.

Waking up in the morning, an ordinary inhabitant of the Earth takes the morning toilet, prepares breakfast, goes to work, and after a hard day at work, he is glad to be back with his relatives. Mechanical actions that are performed after waking up and end with immersion in sleep do not require constant concentration of attention, but it is precisely this that can actually change the usual train of thought.

Thinking in itself with a + sign is a view of the world through the prism of an ideal life. When a person begins to think in a new way, the body receives unusual sensations that it has not experienced before. Every day, new sensations more and more overwhelm everyday life, which is now seen in a completely different light: the craziest ideas seem possible, the mood rises, and the spirit grows stronger.

Since everyone is completely unique, the same advice helps some people and at the same time is useless to others. The same applies to positive thinking, because all changes require constant practice, attention, concentration and, of course, unconditional faith.

For all the merits of a positive approach to changing old thinking, there are a number of factors to consider:

  • You should not rush to extremes, since changing your thoughts is already a huge step towards a new, desired life. Fanaticism is a sure rollback into the routine and even the risk of getting psychological trauma.
  • It must always be remembered that any inaction was and will remain just inaction.
  • You should not believe those even close people who dissuade you from your goal. Remember, this is your decision.
  • And finally, the most important reason due to which the very downside of positive thinking appeared is self-deception. When a person only apparently “thinks positively”, and at the same time experiences a great discord in his soul, comparing reality and desired events in his thoughts, all his efforts are obviously doomed to failure.

In the event that, during the practical development of positive thinking, no changes are observed over time, and faith in new thoughts has not appeared, there can be only one answer - the mental state of mind in this case is simply not ready for such transformations. Such people need to do a little more work, because if consciousness denies positivity, then you need to deal with the subconscious, which seeks to stay in the comfort zone. Despite the fact that it is better to work with a specialist with the subconscious, one should not exclude the possibility of working with oneself using different methods of leading experts in this field. This can be meditation, image work, affirmations, exercises to eradicate attitudes, or all at once. Any methods are aimed primarily at removing negative attitudes that crowd out positive thoughts. Once they are eradicated or at least weakened, new positive thoughts and emotions can be introduced.

Such an approach to personal life reforms, like positive thinking, takes place only if a person sincerely believes in what he has decided to think about from now on. Of course, this applies to absolutely any way you change your life. That is why some people idolize the opportunities that have opened up from positive thinking, while the other part is indignant and remains to live the same life. After all, one way or another, everything that a person sees in himself and around him is the result of every minute putting appropriate thoughts into his head. Therefore, you need to firmly decide for yourself whether you want to fundamentally change your life using positive thinking. A person who has chosen this path for himself must be ready for all the protests of his subconscious. Therefore, it is not enough just to do - you need to desire, just as little just to desire - you need to do.
