If you suffer from constant anxiety, then the problem here is the lack of internal balance.
Then you should engage in spiritual practices, read the relevant literature, go to special trainings and seminars. Someone finds themselves and comes to humility through yoga, others - through attending church. In fact, there are many ways. Here you should listen to your inner self and understand what you really lack.
