Life forces come from different sources. Do we understand which ones work in our life and which don't? If so, then we may well use those sources that we did not know about before.
Instructions
Step 1
One of the basic sources of vitality for us is food. It is a source of bodily energy, on which bodily health and well-being and partly our state of mind depend.
Step 2
Breathing is another source of bodily energy. In accordance with many Eastern teachings, breathing fills us not only with oxygen, but also brings prana - a special type of energy that fills us with vitality through the air.
Step 3
Communication is a very important source of vitality, not only for the physical body, but also for our emotional well-being. Have you noticed that communication with some people gives us vigor and gives us a supply of energy, while communication with others is exhausting and causes fatigue? If communication takes place in a positive way, then it can be beneficial for all participants in terms of increasing vitality. It is also possible a situation when one feeds his strength, and the other loses them, or in the worst case, all participants in communication lose.
Step 4
Positive and creative work that is fulfilling is also a source of vitality, despite the fact that we put our efforts in the process itself. In other words, the activity that we enjoy gives us more than the effort we put into it. Sometimes, we put our efforts on one level, for example, do something material, and get on another, on an emotional level. In this case, feelings of joy or gratitude from other people can also be a source of vitality for us.
Step 5
And the last sources can indicate nature and space. Man is built into a more global system, like every cell of our body into the whole organism. And therefore, we also receive vitality from nature (earth, air, sun), as a cell of the body receives energy and nutrients through the blood from the whole body.
