What does it mean to “live life to the fullest”? Know the goal you are going to, do what you love, not waste a minute in vain? Probably all this and much more. But often lethargy, laziness, apathy turn a person's life into a meaningless existence. And even if only an hour, a day or two is lost, they cannot be returned. Do you feel that the tone is barely enough? It is not at all difficult to raise the level of vital energy to the maximum!
Instructions
Step 1
Prioritize. Very often energy is wasted irrationally, on trifles and unnecessary experiences. Decide what's on your list. Family? Work? Hobby? By writing down your thoughts on paper, you will see how much energy was wasted. Spend about 80% of your energy on the first three items of the list: devote 50% of your time and attention to the most important, 20% to the priority that took the second place, the remaining 10% to the third line of the list. The energy spent on things that really matter to you will definitely return.
Step 2
Eat right. Do not seize failure, it will only lead to more dissatisfaction with yourself. Fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish, cereals, cereals - not only tasty, but also healthy. Try not to eat 2-3 hours before bedtime, then the awakening will be vigorous and light. Try to skip coffee, drink less tea, and prefer plain water to all drinks.
Step 3
Go in for sports. Morning jogging, exercise, or just a little warm-up will help the body to relax, stretch the muscles that have become stiff after sleep. In addition, during the execution of even the simplest exercises, the heart begins to beat faster, the blood supply improves, which means the brain receives more oxygen and nutrients. As a result, new ideas or solutions to old problems come to mind.
Step 4
Be yourself. Do not try to please everyone and everyone, especially if for this you need to change yourself. Appreciate your abilities, talents and skills. Dream, because having a dream and striving for it charges a person with a huge amount of energy. No wonder they say that on the way to the goal you can "move mountains", overcome any obstacles. Remember to generously praise yourself for your successes, victories, and accomplishments.
Step 5
Don't regret the past. Life is what is happening today and now. Reflection is useful when it allows you to draw valuable experience from past events. However, you cannot live in yesterday. Treat yourself to pleasant little things. A CD of your favorite artist, a delicious dinner or aromatic tea - a good mood starts small.
