Most often, dissatisfaction with the surrounding world is caused by a misunderstanding that arises when communicating with other people. Also, a serious reason is self-dislike. If a person understands and values himself and treats others with respect, then the world around him does not seem bad and unworthy of love. Since the root of the problems lies in interpersonal interaction and in one's own attitude to the situation, this is exactly what needs to be worked on.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have a negative opinion about something or someone, it often turns out to be superficial. Most likely you have only slightly heard about this, but do not understand the subject deeply. Try not to jump to conclusions until you dive into the problem. Find out what upsets or annoys you more, and it may turn out that the first opinion was superficial.
Step 2
Aggression is a common cause of dissatisfaction with others and the whole world. If someone intimates himself in relation to you in a rude way, most likely this person has internal problems, or he has a difficult situation at the moment. Try not to answer or argue, but first give him the opportunity to calm down. Aggression is a clear sign of defenselessness, always keep this in mind.
Step 3
Does everything annoy you? Many events take place, different people meet, but at some point you have such a mood that it all seems just horrible and causes nothing but dislike. In this case, fight your own bad mood. All people are different. Realize this. There can be no good weather without bad weather. Take what is happening philosophically, do not be nervous or upset.
Step 4
No matter how unpleasant, at first glance, people you meet, remember that everyone has positive qualities in their souls. You just need to see them, then the person will manifest these properties. People often behave incorrectly and rudely towards those who simply do not see anything good in them.
Step 5
You tend to notice in the world around you that which is consonant with yourself. If there is discord in your soul, relationships with people do not add up and nothing comes of it, then the world may seem terrible. But when everything works out, passers-by smile at you, and relationships with loved ones are in order, then the world will seem wonderful. To love the world, you need to love yourself first.
