Each person may have a moment when he wants to change his life in one area or in several at once. It is quite possible if you make an effort.
Instructions
Step 1
Think about what specifically does not suit you in the current situation and what you would like to change. Take a piece of paper and write down what you are missing and what you would like to have, how to live and how to feel. Number the desired changes in different areas in order of importance, indicate your priorities.
Step 2
Select the most relevant and important desire for you at the moment and write in more detail what it includes. What image or picture comes to mind if you imagine that your wish has already come true? Think about what the goal associated with this picture would sound like.
Step 3
Consider the goal. Think and write down which steps will bring you closer to this goal - these will be tasks. Now decide which tasks you will work on first. Try to set aside at least a little time for this every day, and if possible, more. In any case, you will see how your life begins to change, and the realization that your goal is gradually approaching will create a more positive attitude.
Step 4
If you want major changes in different areas of your life, you can work on tasks daily (or several times a week) for several goals at once. Such drastic changes can be stressful: some people like it, while others like more gradual and gentle changes.
Step 5
Psychologists say that it takes 21 days to take root a habit and a new way of life, or even better 40 days. And even if at first, for example, a new daily routine or daily sports require a lot of effort (primarily psychological), then after this period they are taken for granted and give pleasure.
Step 6
It also happens that a person really does not want any real changes - he has a good family, a favorite job. Perhaps he simply lacks new experiences and variety, and the usual way of life seems routine and boring. In this case, you can try to arrange yourself a change of scenery and new impressions. You can go somewhere to relax, you can find a new hobby or do something that you have long wanted. You can try to do everyday things in a new way: walk or commute to work on a new route, cook unusual dishes, attend meetings of people with common interests, change the style of clothing and wardrobe. Perhaps you are used to keeping yourself in some kind of framework or living according to some stereotypes of society, and you just need to give yourself more freedom and more little joys to feel happier and breathe deeply.
