When we are inactive, nothing good happens to us and no development happens either. You can achieve something more through trial and error, just by doing.
We always ask ourselves how to be smarter, stronger, more beautiful, more successful, richer and so on. But at the same time, sometimes we do nothing for this. After that, we begin to quietly hate our life and blame anyone for everything, but not ourselves. Then we begin to believe that the people around us need too much of us. That they are too demanding of us. What if they are able to perceive us as we are, even without any of our actions in their direction and for the common good. Or maybe you should have thought that their expectations were fully justified. That they already perceive us as a person and really expect something more from us, which we are really capable of if we constantly develop, and not sit still. This thought can serve as a good motivation.
You need to realize yourself at full capacity. But we are afraid that the results of our efforts will not suit those around them, that they will still be unhappy, they will subject us to criticism. Often we give up what we started halfway through, not realizing that the process itself is the result for which we all started. And even if it is not perfect, but it is fully justified by the expended forces and energy. After that we will begin to respect ourselves more. Our work has the right to criticize anyone, but it doesn't make us worse, but only better. There is a place to grow and improve. The main thing is to act, believe in yourself and plan for the result.
