Fear is a feeling given to man by nature. It helps to sense danger. But unfounded, panic fear interferes with life in peace, spoils the nerves, and sometimes drives you crazy. Only the ability to overcome fear and drive it away can help to avoid extremes.

Step 1
Find out the cause of your fear. Perhaps your life is filled with events, work and worries. Overwork has generated mild anxiety that you choose not to notice. Then insomnia appeared. And in the end, the exhausted body began to give out attacks of unreasonable fear. This problem is not difficult to solve. Just take a break, disconnect from endless activities, go on vacation, get some sleep. Of course, not only the accelerated pace of existence can cause an unpleasant feeling. Someone is afraid of loneliness, someone of illness, someone of conflict, etc. Any fear must learn to oppose something: loneliness - family, children, friends, communication, active lifestyle; diseases - exercise, hardening; conflicts - friendliness, benevolence, sociability, etc.
Step 2
Learn to calm yourself down. At least a couple of times a day, do the following simple exercise: close your eyes, relax, direct your thoughts in a pleasant direction (imagine nature, lake, sunrise, sunset, surf, flowers, birds, etc.), take a few deep breaths. This will help you always be in a balanced state, gain control over your own feelings, pacify your imagination, calm your nerves and look at yourself from the outside.
Step 3
Try not to withdraw into yourself. Talk about your problems with a loved one. Often, in order to drive away fear, it is enough to just speak out. If nothing helps you, then consider such a step as contacting a specialist. This is an absolutely normal decision for a person who wants to understand his inner world and overcome fear. In modern society, turning to a psychologist is not something out of the ordinary. Indeed, sometimes the explanation for fear can be hidden somewhere deep in the mind, and the feeling itself can be a consequence of some past events.
