The body, being perfect in the field of self-regulation, requires "legal" oxygen, but a person with a bad habit begins to think that he wants to smoke again, because the last time it seemed to help, and for the second time it poisons the body. There is a simple and completely free way to get rid of this kind of chronic stress. Instead of a bad habit, you should go to the balcony and just breathe deeply for a minute or two. And go back to the room, thus you will deprive yourself of the feeling of stress, and the body will respond to you with amazing performance!
