By showing your anger, you not only do not make your life happy, but you also create a lot of very unpleasant problems that are not so easy to solve.
Step 2
You should start acting with the people closest to you, because it is on them that the share of irritability and anger most often falls. Of course, there are conflicts in any relationship, but you need to learn to find compromises with those we love, and not secretly accumulate anger. Talk to family and people dear to you, listen to them and express yourself. Rest assured, if you try, you will succeed, and some of your anger will evaporate.
Step 3
Trace the stage in the formation of your anger. You will understand that the most negative feelings appear in us at the very moment when you are too unhappy and offended. This is a kind of protective equipment that you dress up in so as not to feel pain.

But without feeling pain, you cannot feel love. This is the next step you must take.
