Each of us has our own inner voice that helps us, tells us how to act or how to respond. Psychologists call it differently: the sixth sense, intuition. But all scientists agree on one thing, that this inner voice is present in every person from birth. How to hear your inner voice? This is what will be discussed today.

Step 1

Listen to your body. Everyone knows that people with disabilities have heightened all senses and especially intuition. For several days, prohibit yourself from using your dominant hand. If you are right-handed, do everything with your left hand and vice versa. Blindfold yourself and sit in silence for a few minutes to hear your inner voice.

Step 2

Make a vow of silence for at least one day. Try to be alone and not express your thoughts out loud. Conduct an internal dialogue with you in order to get your inner voice from the depths of the subconscious.

Learn the art of relaxation. This is especially useful in our hectic pace of life. In the morning or evening before bed, take half an hour to retire and relax. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and take deep breaths in and out for a few minutes.

Step 3

Learn the method of concentration. In essence, this is a continuation of relaxation. Assume the same position as for deep relaxation, take deep breaths in and out. Cut off the flow of thoughts and focus on your breathing. Watch your inhalation and exhalation without being distracted by extraneous noises.

Step 4

After you master the exercises for relaxation and concentration, you can move on to a more complex technique - meditation. Assume the same posture as in relaxation, breathe deeply for several minutes, focus on the breath until thoughts give way to silence. Continue breathing deeply until your breathing becomes even and calm. Listen to yourself as you discover the depths of your intuition. Continue this exercise daily until you learn to listen to yourself without the help of these techniques.
