Each person has an intuition, that inner voice that always prompts the right decision. But not everyone can use this knowledge, because it can be very difficult to hear. It takes faith and special tuning for this system to always work for the good.

Instructions

Step 1

Every person has an inner flair. But only those who believe in it succeed in using it. Doubters and deniers will not receive answers, or they will turn out to be false. You need to trust your feeling, you need to act as it says. And then life will become much easier.

Step 2

You need to listen to your inner voice, and sometimes you need to stop for that. If you have an important decision to make, take your time. Stop worrying and going through possible solutions. It's time to reconcile with your inner self. To do this, you need to find a quiet place, and just relax for a while. At the same time, shift your attention from the head to the heart, watch the heartbeat, the breath. Stop the running of thoughts. You need to be in a meditative state for at least 15 minutes. In this case, it is important not to fall asleep.

Step 3

When a state of calm is found, when thoughts are not constantly trying to distract, when you do not want to do something else, when calmness seems to come from within, you can formulate a question. It should be specific and in two parts. The first includes the end result to be achieved. The second part is the question itself. An example of the right question: I strive to increase my salary, for implementation, do I stay in my old place or leave for a new job? It is necessary to make clear to the inner self my intentions. Perhaps a new job will not bring a lot of money, but the team will be much more welcoming. To find out, ask a few questions, changing the initial part. For example, I want to happily go to work, for implementation, is it better for me to agree to a promotion or go to another company?

Step 4

The answer to the question will come in the form of a thought. If you are still in a relaxed state, then this will be just one phrase. The subconscious mind always forms the answer very briefly. If you get a large amount of text as a result, a lot of thoughts and explanations, these are not the words of the inner voice, but the result of the thought process of the brain. It is not difficult to distinguish, since the abundance of explanations is not characteristic of intuition, this is not its way of transmitting information.

Step 5

If it doesn't work the first time, don't be discouraged. This skill is very useful in life, but requires training. You can relax regularly and ask the answers to questions that are not too serious. This will be a practice where you can always hear your inner voice. Once you learn, you can use this skill in any situation. If the answers do not come at all, you need to find a master who will help you master relaxation on a deeper level.
