Initially, it is necessary to decide what we want from our future life, what changes we want to achieve. To do this, I propose to write down on a sheet of paper everything that does not suit us and what we want to change. It is important to remember that we write EVERYTHING, despite the absurdity, because we need the most positive result.
Step 2
Big goals
This step involves setting big goals, because by setting a target in front of you in a larger way, it is easier to hit it even from a long distance. In this case, it is worth inflating the elephant from a fly. So even a small success will seem like a big achievement.
Step 3
Smooth transition
We should start the implementation of the compiled list gradually. Dramatic changes can worsen the situation. In my opinion, we should try to be more optimistic, look for 2 positive effects in each event. For example, today I broke a heel on my favorite shoes, which means that I will come up with a new look with different shoes or buy new, more fashionable ones.

Forward to success
If changes have already begun, then the mechanism for realizing your desires has been launched. We are slowly but surely moving towards our big goal. The main thing is not to collapse and stop at this stage. We must boldly go forward and not be afraid of anything.
