The aura is an energy field that "envelops" the physical body and is its continuation. By the aura of a person, one can determine his character, personality type, spiritual essence, attitude towards life, state of health, etc.
Every person is endowed with the ability to see the aura from birth. The baby sees the energy of people. When a person approaches him (for example, approaches the crib), the child looks a little over his head. And reacts accordingly. That is why the child reaches out to some, and cries and screams at the sight of others.
With age, most people lose the ability to see the aura. But this ability can (to varying degrees) be revealed and developed.
It is necessary
- To learn to see the aura, you need:
- - a real desire (many people are subconsciously afraid to reveal psychic abilities in themselves);
- - the ability to relax, calm the mind;
- - trust yourself (your eyesight, your inner feelings, etc.);
- - regularly practice the ability to see the aura;
- - be aware of the reality of your experience
- (in fear of the unknown, many try to erase the experience from memory, to convince themselves that it is a figment of the imagination, an illusion, etc.).
Instructions
Step 1
Try to practice seeing the subject's aura first. Place the book (or other object) upright on the table. The color of the table should be neutral, dull, monochromatic. You can also lay a white cloth on the table.
Sit at the table in front of the book. Look as if THROUGH the book with defocused vision. Your gaze should be relaxed, as if sleepy.
After a while, you will see a soft, barely noticeable glow emanating from the book. Observe the aura of the book, try to determine what color it is. You may not be able to determine the color of the book's aura at first. You will see only a subtle haze. After a while, repeat your experience with the book until you see the color of its aura.
Do the same exercise with other books or other objects on a neutral or white background. You can also watch your pet (cat, dog) when he is resting. After a while, you will be able to distinguish between the colors of the aura.
Step 2
Ask a trusted friend of yours to volunteer for your aura-seeing exercises. An important condition: the "volunteer" should not be critical, negative or prejudiced against your experience. As long as you learn to see the aura, you need to learn to trust yourself.
Step 3
Have your volunteer stand in front of a white screen (or in front of a white wall). Concentrate on an imaginary point just above your friend's head.
Defocus your eyes. After a while, you will see a soft glow around his head.
Step 4
Perhaps you doubt that this is really an aura, and not an illusion of sight? Ask your friend to imagine that a bright beam of light is emanating from the top of their head up towards the ceiling. You will see the shimmering radiance expanding, becoming stronger and vibrating.
Step 5
Don't stop there. Practice constantly to distinguish between the colors of the person's aura.
Try to get information about the aura in another way, because the aura does not have to be seen visually. The aura can be "read" and "scanned": to feel intuitively, or by touching a person.
