If necessary, cover the wall with paper or cloth.

Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and breaths and relax. When you are completely relaxed, start looking at the book. Don't focus on anything, don't strain your eyes. Concentrate. It is necessary to keep your eyes asleep and relaxed. After a while, you will see a pale milky aura emanating from the book. Keep your gaze defocused. A green or yellow aura will begin to grow out of the object. Don't look directly at the object, otherwise everything will disappear. If you have problems, rest and then try again. After completing this exercise, pick up some books. Wrap them in different colors. Choose colors from the main spectrum. Observe the aura of each book. Then try to see the aura of two books, and so on. Write down the color of each aura.

Take any houseplant and examine its aura. You can also use a bouquet of roses. Then you can study the aura of some animal. This should be done when the animal is resting.
