The guys grew up safely under such care, but the world seems to them a very unpleasant place - wherever you look, danger lies in wait. The good news is that it can be dealt with.

Along with the bad, play the good script in your head. Of course, when you wind yourself up, first of all, a chain of unpleasant events appears: the boss asked to come to him tomorrow, he probably wants to scold him for something, and if he scolds him for a failure, he will surely fire him. Force yourself to come up with an alternative good scenario: Your boss calls you into the office to report the success of your project and offer you a promotion. Gradually, you will develop the habit of not escalating the situation, but simply looking at the situation from different angles.
Step 3
There is something you can do to clarify the situation - do it. If your spouse has promised to be for dinner, but is already half an hour late, do not hesitate about whether he has a mistress, or whether his car had an accident. Just dial the man's number and find out why he is late and if everything is in order. If the mobile does not answer, call his friends or colleagues with whom he was, and find out from them the fate of your husband.
Step 4
Distract yourself. You can't wait for the outcome of an event that is important to you and imagine the worst-case scenario - do something that grabs your full attention. Turn on energetic music in the player and vacuum the apartment, play with your child or pet, run a couple of laps in the square near the house, find an old school textbook and solve a couple of physics problems. Take care of others, and you will not have the opportunity to wind yourself up.

Start meditating. As soon as you understand that anxiety is eating you, sit comfortably, turn on pleasant music, focus your gaze on one point and try to drive all coherent thoughts out of your head. You can meditate not only at home, sitting on a carpet in the lotus position. In the office, you can just sit comfortably in a chair and put on headphones. After five to ten minutes, you will feel calmed and rested.
