Will you go on a trip to an unfamiliar city without hesitation, if it is important and necessary?

Are you strictly adhering to your daily routine (for example, wake-up times, classes, meals, cleaning, and other activities)?

Do you disapprove of library debt?

Is it true that the most interesting TV show cannot make you postpone important and urgent work?

Are you able to interrupt a quarrel and remain silent, no matter how offensive your opponent's words may seem to you?

Now count the number of points you have earned.

If this value is between 0 and 12, you have weak willpower. You prefer to do only what is more interesting and easier, and therefore you are not trying to show your character and do something necessary contrary to your desires. In addition, you take your duties carelessly, and often this is the main reason for the various troubles that happen to you.

If the indicator turned out to be from 13 to twenty 21 - you have an average willpower. When obstacles arise in your life path, you begin to overcome them. However, if the obstacle can be somehow circumvented, you will. With unpleasant work, though reluctantly, you can handle it. In other words, you will not voluntarily take on unnecessary obligations.

If your result is between 20 two and 30, you can be congratulated: you have quite a lot of willpower. With you, you can safely go on reconnaissance, since you will not give up in front of difficulties. You will not be afraid of new assignments, as well as tasks and tasks that seem impossible and difficult to others.

By taking this willpower test, you can decide for yourself what to do next. If you have a low score, that's okay. The main thing is that you have taken the first step towards conquering your weaknesses.

How to increase willpower

Do not postpone important decisions and affairs for the evening - during this period your willpower is depleted by daytime worries. It is better to do everything important in the morning, after a shower, morning exercises and breakfast.
