What can self-hypnosis do? A lot of things. For example, to help heal from a disease, get rid of bad habits, change character traits, promote the development of talents, perfectly control your body, and much, much more.

People who have comprehended the secrets of self-hypnosis show amazing things. They can remove the feeling of pain, which allows them to do without pain relievers if necessary. Knowing how to regulate body temperature using self-hypnosis methods, they do not freeze even in the most severe frosts.

The main secret of self-hypnosis is interaction with the subconscious. For the subconscious, nothing is impossible, but contact with it is very difficult for a person. For example, you caught a cold. This is a fact that you know and cannot be avoided. But what will happen if the subconscious is convinced that you are healthy? In this case, you will recover, your healing will take place in record time.

The problem is that getting to the subconscious is incredibly difficult, and it is your conscious part that interferes with this. You know that you are sick, information about this is transmitted to the subconscious. Even if you repeat for hours “I am healthy, I am absolutely healthy”, it will hardly give any result, because you really know that you are sick. Your beliefs sound insincere to the subconscious, they always have the mark "this is a lie" introduced by your consciousness. Therefore, the most important task in teaching self-hypnosis is to find ways to the subconscious, bypassing your conscious part.

One of these methods is to use tape recordings with the necessary settings. You are asleep, and a quiet voice from the speakers whispers the right words to you. Since the conscious part is asleep, the information goes directly to the subconscious. In another version, it is not necessary to sleep, the audio recording is broadcast at the threshold of audibility. You do not pay attention to it, but nothing ever escapes from the subconscious.

There are other ways to make self-hypnosis effective. For example, lying in bed before going to bed (a very convenient time to practice self-hypnosis), relax, then take a deep breath - but so that the shoulders do not move and are relaxed. The eyes are open. Exhale slowly, while on exhalation, your gaze rises up as much as possible - as if you want to see your crown. You are in this position for five seconds, then your gaze fades, your eyes close.

Breathe very slowly and calmly. The gaze trick allows you to enter an altered state of consciousness, in which access to the subconscious is facilitated. Now you can mentally pronounce the necessary phrases - for example, attitudes towards recovery. The efficiency of the described method is very high. It can be increased even more using methods of neurolinguistic programming. In particular, combine attitudinal phrases with absolutely true statements. For example: "It's night outside … I am lying in my bed … I am warm and comfortable … I am absolutely healthy …" Here the first three phrases are true, the fourth is a mindset for recovery. The first phrases weaken the barriers of the mind, and the target more easily reaches the subconscious. The technique of self-hypnosis is very useful, so it is worth trying to master it.
