These include: your abilities, knowledge and skills, the arsenal of means that you will use, the time you will spend on achieving the goal, possible financial investments, help and support of other people … If you think that resources are not enough, stress will arise, it will take up a lot of energy - it will be more difficult to achieve states of reality and happiness. Therefore, it is important to find where the missing resources can be obtained.

2. Concentrate on what you are doing

Doing several things at the same time will waste energy. Thinking about extraneous things, you waste energy. Your energy goes where you direct your attention.

Why do you think they ask you to turn off your mobile phones at important events (theater, seminars, etc.)? That's why! When the phone is on, part of your attention will go to thoughts: “What if someone calls me. Missed call? Why did they call me, what they wanted, when I can answer … . And instead of enjoying the performance, your thoughts are flying somewhere in everyday life. This happens quite often in life. And this is a loss of energy, a loss of the sense of life here and now.

To achieve a state of happiness, fullness of life, you need to concentrate on the task and immerse yourself in business. You cannot be effective if past, present and future are mixed in your head. Here's a simple example: imagine that you have gone to bed, you are lying in a soft warm bed and you can enjoy the comfort and coziness. But instead, you scroll the past day in your head, again remember some unpleasant events, experience unpleasant emotions … In fact, you are immersed in the past or the future, causing suffering in yourself! That is why it is important to be able to live in the present - “here and now”.

3. Choose an activity that you like

In order to feel satisfaction and experience life here and now, you must do what you love - that in which it is interesting for you to develop. Set ambitious, interesting, but achievable and clear goals for yourself, divide them into sub-goals and achieve them. And then you will easily enter a state of fullness of life, wherever you are and whatever you do!
