Close the windows so no street noise can be heard. If possible, retire to the room and ask the family members to be quiet for this short time. Close your eyes, take a relaxed position, and try not to think about anything. Gradually, day after day, you will get used to this ritual, you will miss it if for some reason you break its frequency.

If you are a believer, attend church more often. Come to the temple not only to light a candle, but to listen to the service, calm down, get spiritual peace. At such moments, do not let small anxieties dominate your mind, turn off your mobile phone. Do not avoid communicating with clergy.
