Fear is that undesirable phenomenon in a person's life that prevents not only from performing many actions, but also from living in general. Defeating fear is much easier than tolerating its regular occurrence in consciousness, so do not let fear take over you and in any situation - fight.
Instructions
Step 1
When you feel fear of doing something, just by an effort of will do what you wanted to do. Let your legs shake, let you not quite understand what is happening, just go and do it. Overcoming yourself in such situations, you will form a new habit of acting differently and stop deviating from what you want because of a sudden feeling of fear.
Step 2
Defeat fear in a logical way. Evaluate the unpleasant outcome that you fear so much and decide if it really is that terrible. Perhaps your fear is unfounded, and there is no real negativity under it. In this case, once you realize that even the worst outcome is not so bad, your fear will gradually dissipate, and you can do what you have in mind.
Step 3
As long as you are in the possession of fear, you cannot do anything, you can only escape. But once you decide to do what you want, everything changes at once. When you are afraid, your consciousness tune in to the negative, but as soon as you say to yourself, "Yes, I am afraid, but I will do it," you tune in to a positive result, and the fear will disappear by itself.
Step 4
Analyze your fear. Mentally or on paper, determine what you are afraid of, why this fear is present in you, whether it is worth being afraid of it. And also determine whether you are afraid in principle of the situation and its implementation, or you are afraid of an unpleasant outcome. Analysis is an important process in which you acknowledge your fear and put it on the shelves, and these are already significant steps towards liberation from it.
Step 5
Visualizing doing something repeatedly will help you get rid of the fear. Imagine that you are doing something, try to represent it in detail and lead to a positive result. The more often you visualize, the easier it will be for you to realize what you want in reality, and the less chance of fear to ruin your plans.
Step 6
Train your masculinity and courage daily. For example, you are afraid of being in a stupid situation, of looking ridiculous, and of being laughed at. Create a situation in which you deliberately look stupid and laugh at yourself. At this point, you will understand that it is not so scary if you treat everything lightly and with humor.
