Instructions

Step 1

Indifference often occurs after a strong nervous strain, stress. An indifferent person does not want to do anything, even all actions to reduce stress seem meaningless to him. In this case, indifference acts as a protective reaction of the body against excessive expenditure of mental energy, nervous exhaustion, dangerous to health. At the same time, the state of indifference is unfavorable, so it is advisable to get out of it as soon as possible.

Step 2

Despite the fact that indifference saves a person from nervous exhaustion, a long stay in this state is destructive. A person stops in development, does not set goals and does nothing to achieve them, while gradually degrading. Sometimes apathy goes away on its own after the nervous system has rested. Sometimes a person needs to overcome himself. If indifference is the result of stress from problems at work, a person loses interest in the profession, in overcoming work difficulties. Gradually, if the apathy is not overcome, the problem develops into a real crisis.

Step 3

Indifference is usually treated with rest. A person removes himself from work problems, turns off the phone, sleeps and eats off. Then, after several days of such idleness, unfinished business is sure to be found, regret comes about wasted efforts, nerves and time, intuition suggests options for solving the problem. And the person again feels motivated to continue professional activities.

Step 4

In some cases, until the indifference develops into prolonged depression, you have to force yourself to do at least your daily homework. Then, overcoming internal resistance, force yourself to simply be present at work. Further, a person automatically begins to perform actions familiar to him, gets involved in a living work process, shows more and more interest in the world around him, returning to his previous active life.
