To figure out how to translate your goals into reality, and where you need to start, let's take a closer look at each type:

Short-term goals are goals that take no more than three to four months to complete. This includes our plans for every day, week and month. For example: going to the pool or fixing the car. Of course, at first the implementation of short-term goals will be slowed down, but over time, planning things for tomorrow and their implementation will become easier and easier. You will be able to feel that not even the result itself brings you satisfaction, but the process of achievement itself.

Medium-term goals include goals, the deadline for which is within a year and a half. But if achieving such goals is difficult for you, then you need to divide them into smaller stages. And then, gradually, you need to approach its fulfillment. For example, medium-term goals might be learning a foreign language or buying a vacation home.

Long-term goals, which take much longer than short-term and medium-term ones, include those of your desires and dreams, the realization of which will take from a year to fifteen years. Everything here will depend on your desire, your financial and physical capabilities. Long-term goals in life can include: building a house, a successful career, or writing a book.

But the goals that could not fit into the long-term are called global. But do not be afraid of such a terrible word "global", this is just a goal that takes a lot of your time, but gives you much more satisfaction than any of the above. It may take years to achieve a global goal, and for its result it is better to turn this process into a habit. Enjoy the process and enjoy your own achievements. The global goal in life should be your plan, which will take your whole life to achieve.

The set goals in life characterize often energetic people who are used to keeping everything in life under their control. These goals give the person direction and confidence. And for a full life it is quite enough.
