If you analyze, then your whole life is represented by directional segments - vectors along which you move towards your goals. In this case, the end of one segment is at the same time the beginning of the next. As long as you have goals, there is something to strive for, you live, you develop. For this development to be dynamic, it is necessary to learn to set truly global goals.
Instructions
Step 1
The science of setting goals and achieving them is called eaming. Its first principle is that you must set the goal correctly. It must be clearly represented and, if possible, visualized. It should not interfere with the achievement of any other goals and be feasible and real, and not from the realm of fantasy.
Step 2
When formulating a goal, do not use negatives and abstract definitions, avoid vague wording, operate with precise numbers and dates. The wording: “I don’t want to get sick” or “I need a lot of money” will sound wrong. Correctly formulate: "I will be healthy" or "In six months I will start earning 150 thousand a month." If you want to purchase a machine of a certain model, then place its image on your computer desktop, pinning the visualization of the target.
Step 3
Build an eight-step algorithm to achieve your goal. Describe the current problem situation, state the reasons for your failures, using the phrase "Instead, I …" write how you are going to overcome them. Then tell yourself, “I want to be like …” by naming the person who achieved what you are striving for. List the traits that you want to have and that characterize your leader. Name those qualities that you possess, but want to develop them, saying: "I want to be more …" and list them. Now think about how you would change for the better, becoming the owner of the listed existing and acquired qualities and at the last stage, answer yourself to the question of what will happen when you reach your goal and how you will feel at the same time.
Step 4
Having clearly formulated the answer to this question, you, at the same time, will receive your final goal, which from that day you will begin to strive for, fulfilling the plan that already exists in your head. Give yourself a real deadline for its implementation, write down all the sequential steps, set dates for each stage. Make minimum monthly and daily plans. Take action!
