At all times, in any society, physical strength was highly valued. Well-developed, pumped-up people are now surrounded by respect, they are envied, they try to imitate. But great strength imposes an equally great responsibility on a person, because strength can be used both for good, worthy purposes, and for unseemly ones.
Instructions
Step 1
Never use force to offend weaker people with impunity. It is unforgivable, or rather, simply shameful. You should also not use physical force as a decisive argument in an argument - this will only demonstrate your own limitations. Remember, a civilized and self-respecting person always convinces of his innocence with arguments, evidence, and not with his fists.
Step 2
Try to resolve any misunderstanding, quarrel, conflict in a peaceful way. Remember that in a state of irritation, and even more so of passion, a person can easily lose control over himself. And given your great strength, it's not hard to imagine the possible consequences. In case of an impending quarrel, conflict between your friends or acquaintances, also try to act as a peacemaker. As a rule, such a person is listened to.
Step 3
However, this does not mean that you always have to show miracles of patience. There are situations when you need to use force. For example, any person has the right to legal self-defense if his life or health is in danger. Or, if another person is beaten in front of your eyes, you have every right to intervene and protect him. Just try not to cross the line of necessary defense, because in this case the law may not be on your side.
Step 4
Wherever possible - whether at home or in your garden - take on the toughest jobs. Don't let your wife carry heavy loads or dig up the ground, for example. A husband with prominent muscles in this case will look very unattractive in the eyes of strangers.
Step 5
Don't brag about strength. Bragging has never adorned anyone. In addition, it is well said in one eastern proverb: "Do not say that you are strong - you will meet a stronger one."
Step 6
In short, try to exercise your strength intelligently at the right time and in the right place. Then you rightfully earn the reputation of not only physically strong, but also an intelligent, reasonable person.
