Each of us is so unique that it is simply impossible to please everyone. Some people like talkative people, others are quiet. Some prefer communicating with an assertive and active person, while others are much more comfortable with modest people. But despite this, there are qualities that absolutely all people like.
1. It would seem an obvious fact that friendly people attract us much more, but often we ourselves, behind a list of troubles and worries, forget about it. Try to observe yourself more often and change the frown on your face to a smile. And even more so, if you want to please a person, you should not behave aggressively or arrogantly with him.

And of course, don't forget about praise and empathy, where appropriate.

Surely at least once in your life you have communicated with people in that state when your eyes are burning, there is more than enough energy, you are passionate about some business or experience, and at the same time you easily and simply talk with others. Or maybe you were relaxed and easy-going in communication to such an extent that people themselves were drawn to you. At such moments, a person emits some kind of elusive light from the inside, which is called charm. Learn to find this state in yourself more often, to live in it - believe me, then there will always be crowds of fans near you.
4.. Insecure people think that every mistake they make more and more alienates other people from them. In fact, it is not a mistake that repels in this case, but the tightness and closeness of the person himself. Whereas an open heart and mind always attracts people around. The society is so arranged that the sincerity and authenticity of a person to himself is always appreciated, causes more trust and sympathy. Do not play any role in communication with other people, remain yourself - then it will be much easier for you to please any person.
