It often happens that there seems to be not a lot of things to do, but you still do not have time to do anything. Or even worse: a huge pile of tasks and you don't know how and where to start. But you still want to have time to relax. Therefore, it is better not to dangle from one case to another, but calmly sit down and think about why you are not doing anything. The reason is most likely because your time is poorly allocated.
Instructions
Step 1
First, take a piece of paper and a pen (marker, felt-tip pen, pencil, you can and more than one) and sit in a comfortable chair in a room in which no one will bother you. You need silence now to focus. Now write down your tomorrow.
Step 2
First, mark the things you need most and when to complete them. List only personal and necessary needs: sleep, hygiene, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. Do not forget to indicate the time of their execution. Then write down the most important tasks for tomorrow. For example, write 5 chapters of a report. Remember to include breaks for rest, walking, calling a friend, etc.
Step 3
Try to fulfill your plan for tomorrow. Small deviations from the schedule are not very scary. If it did not work out, make a simplified regimen the next day. Indicate only the main points - what must be done. This should help.
Step 4
Now, if you have coped with the first stage of training, proceed to the second. Plan a few days or a week and try to act accordingly. Naturally, this does not mean that you have to continue to live on schedule. These trainings are necessary in order to learn how to carry out everything clearly and in order, without being torn between several things.
Step 5
The most important thing for the first time in days is to overcome the temptation to break the regime. Remember that you are doing this for yourself, so do not deceive yourself. After a while, you will develop the habit of distributing responsibilities evenly.
Step 6
In the next step, you need to make not the entire schedule, but only a to-do list. Get a diary in which you can mark the tasks and the time for which they should be ready.
Step 7
As a result, you will get used to the fact that all your affairs are "laid out on the shelves" and, most likely, you will not have to plan anything anymore. When you learn how to distribute your responsibilities, you will have a lot of free time, which you can manage spontaneously.
