The philosophical question - what makes a person human - was asked by many. Great thinkers, educators, writers and sociologists, and each of us tried to answer it. Perhaps the main distinguishing feature of a person is morality - a voluntary desire to follow moral norms and rules, as well as a desire to atone for one's mistakes and improve oneself by learning from them. To educate a person in ourselves is the ultimate goal of our life path and our destiny.
Instructions
Step 1
For this, first of all, it is necessary to define for oneself very clearly the concepts of good and evil. This applies not to every insignificant detail, but to several fundamental things that are formulated, for example, in the ten biblical commandments. These moral values should be inherent not only in a believing person, but also in a person in general as a social being.
Step 2
But strict observance of these commandments does not make a person such. Develop a friendly attitude towards people. In order to sincerely wish good for others, one must have great fortitude. The ability to empathize and treat others kindly is the result of a lot of inner work on oneself.
Step 3
In order to not only love, but also respect other people, develop your own human dignity. But a healthy desire for self-improvement should not translate into a desire to humiliate others. High adherence to principles and exactingness to oneself, intolerance and intransigence to evil should be accompanied by the ability to distinguish between harmless human weaknesses and real vices that destroy the soul.
Step 4
A real human quality is the ability to feel guilt, which must be accompanied by a desire to atone for it and eliminate the consequences. Know how to apologize, this does not show weakness, but the real inner strength of a person who can find strength for this.
Step 5
Become the main judge for yourself, control your behavior, always act honestly, guided by morality and kindness.
