Desires are a tool for the development of both an individual and society as a whole. Desires do not always satisfy the needs a person needs - some are "whims." A person's happiness largely depends on the quality of desires and the ability to satisfy them. Where do desires lead?
Instructions
Step 1
The theory of reality transurfing, popular today, says that almost all of a person's reality is formed by his desires. If a person feels sorry for himself, grumbles at fate, considers himself to be losers and desires too little, then he gets setbacks at work and in his personal life.
Step 2
If a person wants to change his life for the better, fill it with bright positive people, interesting events, wants to get a beautiful home, a car and a paid job, then all this can quickly find a positive owner.
Step 3
In the words of Henry Ford: "If you think you can, and if you think you cannot, you are right in either case." But positive thinking alone is not enough to fulfill desires. Without action, your desires will remain just empty dreams. Therefore, act even if you are not completely sure. It is natural for a person to doubt in critical situations, and all unconventional actions are, to some extent, critical. Action turns desire into intention - the engine of human evolution.
Step 4
Desires can also be divided into two categories: realized and unfulfilled. Who a person is at the moment depends on the quality of fulfilled desires. If a person is concerned about material problems, then he was engaged in the realization of material desires - getting a high-paying job, accumulating money or acquiring things. In this case, the spiritual principle of a person suffers, his health. Desires often interfere with the harmonious development of the individual.
Step 5
At the same time, desires aimed not inward (self-centered, egocentric), but outward - to help those in need, creating strong friendships and family ties, can make a person's life full and harmonious. For some, to gain peace of mind, it is necessary to join the religious teaching, some are helped by books and wise mentors.
Step 6
Unfortunately, many young people want to find a “passive source of income” that compensates for a luxurious life and stop looking for meaning in life, not to mention supporting others. But this approach usually turns against them. As the American tycoon of the early 20th century, Andrew Carnegie, said: "Those who want only money will be left with nothing." Desires shape our lives like a guiding star - that is why their choice must be treated with care and responsibility.
