Instructions

Step 1

Please note that employees value such qualities in their manager as the ability to find an approach to people, honesty and decency, a benevolent attitude, and self-confidence. To understand how to combine all these qualities, visit special trainings for leaders. They will help you understand yourself and find a common language with your subordinates.

Some training organizers offer to draw up a personal program for you, taking into account your characteristics and wishes. Classes most often consist of theoretical and practical parts. First, as a rule, they offer to analyze your behavior and mistakes. Then they offer solutions to a particular problem. After that, you move on to practical exercises. At the seminars, you will be taught special psychological techniques that are necessary for the boss. These are modeling emotions in subordinates, persuasion techniques, and other useful skills. But the most interesting thing is practice. It uses role play and situational training. You, the leader, are given an assignment. The decision-making process, all your arguments for and against this or that option are recorded on video. After that, the film is shown to the participant of the game in the presence of a coach-psychologist. Together with him, you analyze your actions.

Step 2

If you want to get good results from the work of your subordinates, then do not forget about motivation. Motivation is the reasons that make your employee perform well or badly. It is in your power to make the employee work perfectly. For this:

- encourage your employee (you can financially, but not necessarily);

- listen to his suggestions;

- emphasize the importance of the work performed by the subordinate.

Step 3

Keep in mind that a good leader must have the following qualities:

- you never scold your ward for the eyes or in front of other employees. All mistakes can only be discussed with a specific person.

- as a true leader, you are never late, only occasionally allowing yourself to be late.

- you remember all some of the details of the life of subordinates, the composition of their family, health status, etc.

Do not be discouraged if you do not immediately manage to lead, because everything comes with experience. There are also the first blunders and seemingly insoluble problems. But you will surely overcome all obstacles and go through your thorny path to the title of "the best leader". And subordinates will be grateful to you, and you will begin to be proud of yourself when you see the fruits of your work.
