Desires that people are unaware of are actually very powerful influences on events in life.

Unconscious desires are exactly what we really want

Psychologists say that 80% (and maybe more) of our desires are unconscious. But they are the ones who control the course of our life.

Unconscious desires are those that we have, but we do not know about them, do not notice or do not want to notice. We do not want to, because then we will have to take responsibility for what is happening on ourselves and admit that they themselves are to blame for their troubles, and not relatives, friends, or the state.

Unconscious desires are very strong, because they are our natural, not imposed by someone, they come from the subconscious and are accustomed to it. Therefore, we find ourselves in situations that lead to their execution.

Let me give you an example. The husband came home late, his wife grumbles at him, takes offense and the next time she doesn't cook his favorite borscht for him. It seems that the husband is to blame, and the wife did the right thing, taking revenge on him. But in fact, the woman does not like to cook, and the quarrel relieved her of this need. That is, she had an unconscious desire to be free from the obligation to cook, and her subconscious was looking for a way to implement it. And it found a solution, at first glance, wrong, but nevertheless, the desire came true.

Another example. A woman (or a man - not so important) is afraid to drive. Has an accident. The event is negative, but it relieves her of the need to be constantly afraid. You will have to walk, but at the same time feel pleasure, not fear. Unconscious desire is fulfilled.

It does not follow from these examples that only women have unconscious desires. It's just easier for me to identify female characteristics, since I myself belong to the female half of humanity.

Unconscious desires do not allow us to receive a large income, although, it seems, we really want it. But, having received the award, we will have to make repairs in the kitchen, which is so troublesome … But subconsciously, we want peace. Therefore, do we need this money?

What to do with unconscious desires? Calm down and let them continue to rule our lives? Not at all necessary. First, you need to identify these desires. To do this, you need to be honest with yourself and admit to yourself, what do I want, making another scandal?

Having realized your hidden desires, you can, if not control them, then at least pay attention to them in time. Even this will help improve your life to some extent.
