Exercise 3. Now feel free to ask someone from your family to tickle you. You should feel every touch to the maximum. Relax, breathe deeply, and most importantly, convince yourself that tickling is no longer scary for you.

Exercise 4. To complete this exercise, you must purchase a special device shown in the picture. This massager gives a person goosebumps. It can be applied to the head, joints, back or heels. Ask a loved one to tickle you with it. If you successfully pass the test with such a massager, then tickling is definitely not scary to you.
