A sharp deterioration in the state of affairs is commonly called a crisis. If you are confused in your own life or are worried about a lack of funds, it is important to correctly assess the situation, believe that after this turning point, things can go even better than before, and find the moral and physical strength to act.

Personality crisis

A correct assessment of the situation will help you to survive a personal crisis. When a person is seriously not satisfied with something in one sphere of life, it may seem to him that in other moments things are unsatisfactory. But this is not necessarily the case. First of all, conduct a kind of audit of the state of your affairs. You can do this with a pen and notepad, recording the information. Go through all aspects: health, family, work, friends, hobbies, love, financial situation and other issues that are important to you.

First of all, it is important for you to see what you need to work on in your life. Secondly, such lists will help you understand that not everything is as sad as it seems at first glance.

Try to be objective and don't over-dramatize the situation.

Once you identify the underlying problem, it will be easier for you to get out of life's impasse. Make a clear plan of action how to fix the current situation. For example, when you are discouraged by a job you don't like, you need to work out steps to find a new one.

Depending on what you are missing in life at the moment, set goals and motivate yourself. Remember that it is especially important for you to be a strong person during a difficult time. Don't let yourself become limp. If you are very worried about the situation, give yourself a deadline when you stop doing it. Read motivating literature, watch positive films and be sure to move towards your goal day after day.

Financial crisis

Economic difficulties, like personal ones, can be survived. The main thing is to choose the right strategy and not deviate from an unmarked plan. First of all, try to get out of debt. Think about which of your loans and credits are the most important and largest. If you cannot deal with all the debtors at once, start with the largest ones.

Naturally, you need to become more economical and more practical. Reduce spending on items that are not essential to you. Despite financial difficulties, it is still advisable to set aside some part of your permanent income, for example, ten percent of your salary.

To keep your peace of mind, find free ways to pamper yourself. Let you give up going to the cinema for a while. But that means you can't watch a great movie at home.

Walking the streets or the park, taking care of yourself at home, reading good books, and socializing with loved ones do not cost much.

Try to support other members of your family, especially if one of them has lost their job. In difficult times, closeness between relatives, strong relationships and family ties are especially important. Rather than swearing and reproaching each other for money problems, it is better to look for a new place of work for your loved one together.
