Nervous tension and anxiety are fears that devastate, deprive of vital energy and hope. In this state, a person is not capable of making the right decisions and logical actions.
Anxiety causes confusion and helplessness. This emotional reaction occurs mainly when a person is faced with problems and cannot see an immediate solution. Women are more susceptible to anxiety - because this condition causes them the slightest problem, such as lack of time.
When the nerves are at their limit, it is recommended to use the following plan of action:
- Take a piece of paper and describe, point by point, what worries you at the moment. If possible, make a plan for the implementation of each of them.
- Take a very comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine yourself in your favorite place (in nature, under a strong-smelling flowering tree, or the place where you dream to travel). The more carefully you see the picture, the faster your breathing will become even and the nervous tension will recede.
- If you have a huge number of errands at work or household chores, single out the most important ones that do not require delay, and start by completing them.
- Set aside a clear time for rest, even the smallest.
Anxiety is the cause of a large number of diseases. You need to pay attention to this, and, perhaps, you just need to slightly reduce the list of your duties to reasonable limits.
