Take a few minutes to quietly, slowly, look inside yourself - this is what psychologists advise. So you can find at least one of the causes of internal tension. Experts are convinced that often internal stress is closely related to external factors. For example, autumn has come, which means that the daylight hours have become short, and the weather has become cloudy; withering nature causes apathy. Or maybe, on the contrary, it's hot outside, and therefore you want to either quickly go to the sea, or go to sleep. Once you become aware of your stress, begin to deal with it.

Step 1

Having found out the "sources" of tension, continue to enjoy the silence … At least temporarily turn off the radio and TV. Listen to yourself. And, as you sit comfortably, imagine a beautiful and serene place as vividly as possible. It can be a beach with palm trees, an old castle, and an autumn forest - whatever you like. The main thing is to completely transfer to this corner and try to be there mentally, using all your senses. For example, if you imagined an abandoned manor, try to breathe in the smell of a pond overgrown with reeds and jugs, feel the roughness of unrepaired columns, hear the creak of floorboards under your feet, see mysterious shadows …

Step 2

Breathe correctly. In tense moments, people hold their breath (although most often they do not notice it). Self-deepening, mini-meditation helps to relax mentally and physically. One option for pulling away is to sit down, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths through your nose. Then you need to inhale and exhale for a count of five, imagining that you are breathing in relaxation and exhaling tension.

Step 3

Eat well. Be sure to eat hot food. Pay attention to foods rich in B vitamins - cottage cheese, almonds, broccoli, fish, beef. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Bananas, cheese and dark chocolate (in moderation) raise the mood. To raise your tone, drink aromatic and healthy drinks - herbal teas and infusions of medicinal plants.

Step 4

Call your friends and buddies! During the holidays, people write messages to each other with funny pictures and meet in funny companies. However, the opportunity to socially communicate does not appear so often. Invite someone you like to visit, or at least arrange, for example, to meet in a cafe.

Step 5

Walk more. Wandering in the open air is a wonderful opportunity to take a break from everything. Even a short walk can help you relax, put your thoughts in order and gain inner strength. During your "hike" observe the world around you: look at the trees, listen to the birds, feel the touch of the wind, try to guess the characters of passers-by … Sometimes you should take your camera with you.

Step 6

Color the world around you! Wear colorful outfits. Add cheerful colors to your home decor. And add some colors to your daily life - spend time interesting and usefully; take your mind off work by finding something you like to do. Pleasant communication with your family in a cozy atmosphere will also help you to relieve internal stress.
