Take a closer look at yourself. If, before committing any act, you weigh and think everything well, calculate the probable problems and their solutions, then you are inclined to analysis, and your type of thinking is analytical. A person with an artistic-figurative mindset perceives the world around him through feelings. For him, the emotional side of any problem is more important. He solves problems with the help of intuition and premonitions.
Step 2
Remember what subjects at school or university were easy for you. Analysts are usually strong in technical sciences, while people with a humanitarian mindset prefer literature and philosophy to other sciences.
Step 3
Try to determine, using various tests, which hemisphere of your brain is most developed. If the leading brain is the right hemisphere, then emotions usually prevail in a person's life, and not logical thinking. And if it turns out that the left hemisphere of the brain is more developed, then the person has a tendency to analyze.
Step 4
Clap your hands. If you are more comfortable clapping with your right hand, then you have a better developed right brain hemisphere. Interlace your fingers. A person with an analytical mindset will have the right finger on top.
Step 5
Take a pencil in your hands and align it on an outstretched hand with a horizontal line, for example, with a window. Close your left and right eyes in turn. Pay attention, when you close which eye, the pencil is displaced relative to the horizontal line. If this happens while closing your left eye, then you have a soft personality and traits of a creative personality.
Step 6
Try to describe a recent life event or personal subject. For example, tell us about a trip. People with an analytical mind will pay more attention to details, describe the situation in detail. Creative people will focus on their feelings and emotions, impressions and experiences.
