Over the course of eight weeks, they trained in various techniques, and scores of pre- and post-course psychological tests showed a reduction in stress and anxiety in each of the participants. Meditation increases creativity. It has a beneficial effect on creativity; in various surveys, practitioners noted that by regularly meditating, the ability to think outside the box develops, and it is often during the process of meditation that original and creative ideas and solutions come.

Meditation teaches you to live in the present and understand yourself better.
