Think about how you can eradicate this or that deficiency. The easiest way is to act contrary to quality. For example, you consider yourself a greedy person. To get rid of this trait, start giving gifts to loved ones, colleagues, and friends. Find out how you can do charity work and donate money to good causes. Do not spare money on yourself. Feel the joy of spending money on something good, necessary, pleasant, kind, or useful.

Act systematically, eradicating first your biggest shortcomings, and then all others. Auto-training will provide you with additional help. Repeat positive affirmations to yourself. Just put them in the right way. For example, if you think you are too humble an individual, repeat to yourself several times a day about how brave, confident, and sociable you are.

Remember, in order to change, you need to leave your psychological comfort zone.
