Instructions

Step 1

First of all, learn to relax and disconnect from all stimuli. Sit in a comfortable chair in a place where no one can interfere with you. You can close your eyes. Concentrate on your breathing. Try to get rid of extraneous thoughts. Your goal is to calm your mind, relax completely, and learn how to enter a state of meditation. Repeat the exercise twice a day for half an hour. Go to the next stage no earlier than 1 month of regular classes.

Step 2

Immersed in a state of meditation, mentally imagine some simple image. You should imagine this image against a contrasting background and with your eyes closed. Concentrate on the image until you see it very clearly with your inner vision. When it starts to work out, make the exercise harder. Imagine simple images with open eyes. First in a darkened room, then under normal lighting.

Step 3

Keep improving your imagery. Complicate simple images, mentally give them different colors. But at the same time, try not to reduce the degree of concentration, do not allow yourself to be distracted by anything, do not allow any extraneous thoughts, do not react to any external stimuli.

Step 4

After you begin to completely succeed in all the previous exercises, for several evenings try to take the created mental image with you to sleep so that it is as firmly entrenched in the subconscious as possible. To do this, do the exercises described before falling asleep.

Step 5

Use the acquired skills of figurative thinking for self-hypnosis. For example, to become bolder, create an image of a confident person who is not afraid of anything or anyone. Thanks to the exercises performed, you will have a very strong mental image that you will take with you to sleep.
