Inadequate behavior of the manager and the threat of dismissal are constantly scary, does not allow you to relax even in the hours after a hard day.

The need to communicate with people, provide them with support and help requires special patience. Fatigue from this lifestyle builds up. And at first it is easy to forget what happened during the day, not to remember the working hours, but after a few years the tension increases. In such positions, there is no opportunity to show your mood, be sad or nervous, clients come to the fore, and this forces you to control yourself, to be restrained. Such stress is very strong, it arises gradually, and one day it simply deprives a person of the opportunity to work in such a place.

How to deal with occupational stress

Start by resting. It is important not just to give up work for a while, but to be distracted, not to remember workdays. The vacation should be long, take place in new circumstances. And it is important to learn how to alternate rest and work, to leave problems in the workplace, and not to carry them with you. This can be done with the help of meditation, psychological moods and just control: never talk about your profession in your free time.

Change your workplace. You can rearrange furniture, change photos, pictures and other objects, buy new flowers and souvenirs. If possible, swap the office with other employees to see everything in a new light.

Look for new hobbies that will delight you. Emotional costs need to be restored, and it is very easy to do this if you master an exciting hobby. You can skydive on weekends, cross stitch, or groom animals. Look for your own way of recovery, and devote as much time as possible to it.

If rest, good sleep and hobbies do not work, think, maybe it's time to change jobs? Sometimes it is necessary to find a new place in order to maintain calmness and psychological health.
