However, how many important things we have not done in life due to the fact that we simply did not have enough willpower. Some will ask: "Why do we need willpower at all?" You can live like that without straining.

The fact is that the will is associated with the human mind, namely, it distinguishes us from animals. When we don’t want to do something, but we really need it, consciousness comes to the rescue, and we understand that we still have to do the job. And we always have a lot of things to do in life, and only the one who shows great willpower wins.

It does not take much time and super-efforts to develop willpower. It is enough to do what you really don't want to do every day. For example, when was the last time you exercised, doused yourself with cold water? You can start with these simple exercises of your will. It is quite possible that you will like this and the process will move on: as we know, a long journey always starts with the first step.

Some people really don't like homework - this can also be used as a willpower exercise. Someone is constantly late. Make a vow to get up 10 minutes earlier than usual and leave the house early. Believe me, this is not as easy as it seems, but the training will be good. When you can not be late for a whole week, consider that the victory is yours.

In any case, it is very helpful to keep a success diary and mark your small victories in it. If there is a breakdown, then the entries in the diary will help to believe in yourself and start over. By the way, many people do not like to write diaries - this can also be used as a kind of training. On the first page, you can just start writing: "I don't like writing a diary, I don't want to write a diary." Write these words until you get bored. Trust that soon you will start writing what you feel and think and start praising yourself. It is not the gods who burn the pots and not everyone in this life should become writers, but for themselves - why not.

And finally, a very effective exercise if all of the above does not work for you. Take different seeds and mix them (for example, you can take seeds of pumpkin, watermelon, melon and others), and carefully sort them by type every day. This training should be done for two weeks or more, without missing a single day. During this time, patience, humility and willpower will develop. Later, you can sometimes repeat the exercise, consolidating the result. At the same time, it is good to repeat the affirmations that your willpower is getting bigger and stronger every day - you can come up with them yourself.

A small addition: the negative qualities of a person always tend to return to him, so make sure that your willpower is always at its best. Believe in yourself and confidently go towards the goal.
