Start by asking yourself: why do I need this? For example, you are offered to move to a new position, but you doubt that you will cope with the duties, that you will meet the expectations of management. Don't worry, but ask yourself why you need this new job. If this is the place that really makes your life better, then you can do it. You will be able to learn, improve your qualifications, find a common language with the team. When there is motivation, everything else fades into the background. And if your answer is difficult, if you do not need it, then you should immediately refuse.

You can remove worries and doubts with the help of the awareness of failure. Think, what happens if you fail? It is better to write your answers on a piece of paper. Fear arises in the face of the unknown, but if you understand what can happen, everything will be easier. Write down all the negative points that are possible, pay attention to even the smallest things. And then take a close look at them. Are they really that scary? Before public speaking, people often have doubts about their abilities, but if they write what can happen, they understand that this is stupidity. Failure can only cause grins in the audience or falling asleep of several people, but is that scary?
