Always understand what the interlocutor is thinking - who does not dream of this? Many books have been written on this topic and research is constantly being carried out, since the question is really very deep. Most often, people try to determine whether a person is deceiving them, as well as how much he is disposed towards them, but much more can be understood from the posture and gestures.

Sight

Look your interlocutor in the eye - this way you will learn a lot of interesting things about him. Those who want to keep something secret will avoid your gaze. It is not uncommon for people to wear dark glasses to protect themselves from eye contact. Some even do this during business negotiations, although this is not considered very polite.

When someone looks at you and you see that their pupils dilate, it means that this person is interested in you or the conversation. Those who look up or run around all the time usually hide something or come up with a story on the fly. Sometimes people look up when trying to remember something.

Pose

A person's posture can tell a lot about what they are thinking. Conditionally, the position of the body is divided into closed or open. In the closed position, the person crosses his arms, crosses his legs, slouches, blocks from you and makes defensive gestures. Open can be called a position in which a person strives with his whole body towards you, moves closer, opens his arms to meet you, if he crosses his legs, then in your direction.

The openness of the body position also characterizes the openness of the interlocutor in relation to you. But care should be taken when "diagnosing" this. It happens that you yourself sit closed, and after a while the person simply begins to unconsciously copy your pose.

Also, people take a closed position when they do not want to accept your arguments and listen to you.

Feet direction

To whom a person's attention is directed can be determined by the position of his feet. If you are in a circle of several people, then you will easily notice that the legs of each are turned towards two or three interlocutors, but no more. Sometimes people are ready to communicate with the whole company, then their legs are either in a neutral position (slightly apart) or in an open position.

If you are communicating with a person, but you see that his feet are turned in the direction of the exit, it may well be that he only thinks how politely to leave.

Vote

Much can be understood by the voice of a person, but only the one you know well. If a person sympathizes with someone, he unconsciously lowers his voice, begins to speak, as it were, a little insinuatingly. If the voice rises or breaks down, the person is clearly very nervous. The same is indicated by the accelerating speech, the intermittent manner of expressing one's thoughts.

Intuition and body language

In general, any changes in a person's behavior or in his gestures indicate that new thoughts or new aspirations have appeared in his head. You should carefully observe what is happening with the interlocutor. Many gestures can be recognized by listening to your intuition, because body language is native to all people, it does not need to be specially studied.
