Indeed, almost all parents are madly afraid of this period in the life of their children, because they remember themselves and are already mentally preparing for a large number of problems. In fact, children are even more worried around this time. So what kind of psychology is hiding inside adolescents?

Some psychologists call this period adolescence, when a person passes the stage of his psychological and physical development from childhood to adolescence. It is believed that this period in children lasts from about ten to fifteen years. But sometimes, depending on the individual characteristics of the child, it can occur earlier than ten years, and much later. Why is the puberty period allocated so much space in developmental psychology, and why is adolescence the most serious age crisis?

First, because it is at this age that the child is subject to many external changes associated with human physiology. In other words, a child begins puberty at the age of 13-14. And this, as we know, is a very important component of the human body.

Secondly, the child changes not only physically and hormonally, but also psychologically. His consciousness, thinking is changing, and all the "troubles" of adolescents from this. It is very difficult for them to understand what is happening to them, and often this rebellion comes out.

How does this complex and multifaceted period begin? First of all, at this age, a large number of different hormones begin to be produced. They stimulate the development of many systems in the child's body, develop the brain, muscles and bones. During the period of adolescence, the child's self-esteem rises, the realization comes that he is a person like all other members of society. Of course, everyone wants, both parents and teachers, and the children themselves, that adolescence always ends well and favorably for the child's self-awareness.
