How often do we suffer, not knowing how to act in a difficult and confusing situation? The agony of choice is reinforced by the understanding that any decision will lead to serious consequences, and the mistake made can be too expensive. Sometimes you really want to have a magic wand that would help you make the right choice. But if the magic wand is a fictional object, then our subconscious mind exists quite realistically. It is it that will help us make the right choice in a difficult situation!

Step 1

This exercise is best done before bed, when you are relaxed, not thinking about the day's worries, and in silence. Lie on your bed and allow your body to relax for a while. You may notice how the tension from individual muscles gradually disappears, and the breathing becomes deeper and more calm. Note this state for yourself.

Step 2

Remember the problem situation and think about what options exist in it. Imagine yourself having already made a choice. Imagine how you will feel in this case, what events you will have in your life, what people will surround you. Immerse yourself in the choices you make in your mind.

Step 3

Listen to your body. Our subconscious mind is a powerful resource that helps us. It knows how to avoid contradictions with the surrounding world and be in harmony with itself. The subconscious is manifested at the level of mental images and sensory and kinesthetic sensations. With this in mind, listen to yourself. Do you feel emotionally uplifted when you imagine yourself making a choice, or, on the contrary, do you feel heaviness and dissatisfaction? Often, the subconscious and intuition are manifested in the form of sensations clearly attached to the right and left sides of our body. So, any sensations (heat, cold, tingling) on the left side of the body means “no” to the proposed decision, on the right side of the body - “yes”.

Step 4

Imagine in this way all the possibilities of choice in turn, listening to your own feelings. As a result, it is quite possible that you will have some good behaviors. Compare them for the strength of the sensations they cause. Having settled on one of them, be sure that you have made the right choice.
