Children often ask questions about their lives. This helps them to develop and better understand the world around them. But over time, when they grow older, such questions fade into the background, giving way to more practical and everyday things. However, this is a significant omission. There are at least 3 reasons why it is important to ask questions about your life.
First, it can help your health. You are, first of all, your body. If you do not keep it normal, sooner or later it will fail. It doesn't matter if you have an expensive villa abroad if you can't see it from your hospital window. Ask questions more often about your own health, how food and your daily activity affect your health. You will be healthier very soon.
Secondly, it will make you happier. By thinking about what makes you happier, you attract bright moments. Many people resent their life, considering it too bad. If you think about what problems other people actually have (like hunger and homelessness), everyday troubles will fade into the background and improve your attitude towards life.
Thirdly, without this you will not be able to develop. To get better, you need to know which direction to go. This cannot be done if you are not able to thoroughly understand yourself. Ask yourself how you can become better, find solutions and implement them in life. You will soon notice how much you have changed.
