A special relationship with others, the manifestation of compassion, participation and care, a responsive and generous attitude towards requests characterize kindness as a concept. Acts of kindness can be very diverse - and it is not always done for the good.
Instructions
Step 1
Kindness opens up many opportunities for spiritual improvement, but in everyday life it often does harm, because it is considered a manifestation of weakness. The kindness shown by a child and an adult is completely different. And in the same way, each of the people puts his own, special meaning into this concept. In life, there is no only black and white, everything that exists is a mixture of billions of shades. Likewise, human feelings are a combination of several emotions and perceptions connected together. Kindness in its purest form is a combination of a strong and active life position, supported by moral and moral standards. She is so rare that people often talk about her degeneration - before, people were kinder, more responsive.
Step 2
True kindness must be conscious and selfless - you cannot do good deeds by demanding something in return. What is often confused with kindness is reliability and shyness, sometimes cowardice and pity. Sometimes an unaccountable fear of stronger personalities gives rise to the impossibility of refusal, a person is afraid and hides his fear behind a mask of imaginary kindness. "Kind" parents can watch as their beloved child slides into the abyss, connecting his life with drugs, indulging him in this out of pity and inability to refuse. Many sympathize with homeless people who ask for bread, serve them, knowing full well that their money will be used to purchase another portion of alcohol. This is not kindness, it is a mixture of weakness, selfishness and fear.
Step 3
True kindness can awaken in people an almost forgotten desire to trust, open their souls, and help without looking back. It is possible to develop kindness in oneself, but more often it is an innate quality, onto which actions and circumstances can be "layered" over the years, changing priorities and values. It is within the power of any person to begin to change life for the better - to show sincerity towards children, people who are weak, infirm. With the help of kindness, you can cleanse your soul from anger and despair, because it manifests itself only in actions. In order to receive something in life, you must first learn to give - a part of your heart, material well-being, a piece of your soul.
