Kindness changes the world. This is a natural quality inherent in every person by nature. Modern society suppresses it, replacing it with aggression, a race for profit, ignoring requests for help. To be kind, you need to develop this quality in yourself, not to let it fade away.

Instructions

Step 1

Determine what “good” means to you. Good is disinterested help to any person (without the slightest hope of gratitude) who needs this good.

Understand the difference between kindness and pity. Do not call a deed good if it was done in order to make it easier for you: how good you are - you helped someone in need. No matter how strong the desire to help is, do it only when you are asked for it (they may ask at the mental level - you need to feel it). Where the ego reigns, there is no good.

Step 2

Love the world and everything that it gives you. Treat the negative and positive aspects of your life equally: both are lessons. It is much easier for someone who has a positive attitude to do good.

Step 3

If you are nice to animals, take a pet and start caring for it. Do you want to take it into the house? Feed the pigeons on the street, pet the neighbor's dog (which you are not afraid of).

Step 4

Take a look around. Perhaps a young man punching his way needs your advice, an older man needs a simple conversation, children need to learn to play in the yard, and your yard needs a playground and playgrounds. If you can change something in the world around you, and you have a desire for that, do it.

Step 5

Try to avoid value judgments. They “turn on” your ego.

Step 6

If you wish, do a volunteer work. For example, arrange a subbotnik near the river, organize a holiday in an orphanage.
