Begin to be respectful of yourself in practice. Tidy yourself up, put on nice clothes, get your hair done. Are you overweight? What's the use of hating yourself for this, you better sign up to the gym and discover a varied menu of healthy eating. Watch your health, take care of yourself, because there is no more like you, you are unique, and therefore you must love and take care of yourself.

Therefore, it is very important that a person has friends, acquaintances, people of similar interests, and communication with them brings mutual pleasure and benefit.
